There are times when our parents ask for some random stuff on their MacBook or something they are trying to do and it's not working. Believe it or not, after a while, the frustration level starts to kick in while explaining steps to them. What if, there is a way that allows you to access your parents MacBook screen on your Mac device and control it. Thankfully, Apple has made this simpler by adding the screen sharing feature right into the operating system.
Screen sharing feature also has other applications like in case you are looking to give your colleague a presentation while staying at home or just want to share some photo or video without actually sending them.

Pre-requisites:
- Make sure that both the MacBooks are signed in using Apple ID
- Working internet connectivity
Share screen from Mac to Mac
1. Press ‘Cmd + Space bar’ and search for Screen Sharing feature
2. Now, click on the Screen sharing option
3. Enter computer name or Apple ID
4. Click OK
5. Now, the other person will receive a new notification asking for permission to share the screen
6. Ask the person to accept the request and the screen will be shared.
Share screen from Mac to iPad or iPhone
As the built-in screen sharing feature in iOS does not support connection it to Mac, and the feature will be added in the upcoming update. But for now, this can be done using any third-party remote desktop app Chrome Remote Desktop, etc
1. Type ‘remotedesktop.google.com/access’.
